Hi, I'm looking for a quality carpenter/builder to look over a house for us that we've got under contract, which is about a 10 min drive from Stanley. We can provide a pre-purchase checklist to inspect the home with. I would also be interested in getting an hourly rate to do a number of jobs including installing timber floors (approx 125sqm), new kitchen island bench and possibly whole new kitchen, new gyprock and insulation over existing raked living ceiling, and other minor jobs. Flooring, diy kitchen and gyprock etc would be supplied by us. (The house could be lived in while the work is done.)

Shed is 4m high. Need flu etc installed on roof, unfortunately we do not have a ladder or anything high enough to reach so will need to supply this yourself.

Make room in kitchen cabinets for a fridge. The cabinets to the right of the gap under the bench need to be adjusted as well as above. The gap under the bench is wide enough for a small bar fridge but not wide enough for a full sized fridge. I'm not in the property yet, will.be during September.

Free standing deck, roughly 300mm off the ground on metal stirrups with concrete pads. Decking can be done with cheapest timber like treated pine or hardwood, whatever works best. We are hoping to install a Yurt on this decking and we do not require railing.
