We are currently renovating our house and need a few handyman / carpentry tasks undertaken. These include: - framing and hanging 12 x internal and external doors including French doors; installing door hardware - framing and hanging 3 x external French doors including installing door hardware - framing and hanging 1 x front door including installing door hardware - installing VJ panels in 2 x hallways - preparing 1 x bathroom (stripped out) for roughing in by plumber - replacing broken cement fibre cladding on outside of house - installing IKEA kitchen (pre-assembled) - installing architraves and skirting throughout - framing in and installing combustion fireplace We have a budget of $5,000 to undertake the above works within a reasonable timeframe. All materials supplied by us. We are ready for works to start ASAP.

I need a timber shed assembled(pic below, from a flat pack kit which includes a subfloor and colorbond roof. Everything is precut and kit contains instructions. No concrete slab required. Recommended as a two person job as the timber is sturdy and assembly requires one person holding in place while the other is fastening etc.

Small area of wooden benchtop has been stained with water due to a coffee machine. It needs to be re-sanded and restained/sealed

Large deck needs chemical clean and staining.

Require a small rear deck to be stained. Hasn't been stained since installed and very dry. Would like a merbau type stain but not overly fussed. House is located 2mins drive from Bowral private hospital.
