Find experienced local carpenters in Rockdale

I need someone to transport two slabs (each approx 2 metres long) of solid timber benchtop from my storage locker to my house - both in Rockdale, 5 mins drive. I then need the benchtops cut to size - these were pulled out of another kitchen and I need perfectly straight cuts on either end, to make one piece 2200mm and one piece around 1900mm. It's 35mm thick timber and I need you to provide the tools and anything needed to make these cuts - if you feel you can do this job better offsite on a fixed workbench or with a fixed saw at your place I'm happy for you to take them away and bring them back another day, please discuss with me if this is the better option. If you can ONLY do the cuts and can do them on site, but can't transport, let me know too and I'll get someone else to do the transport.

A couple of wooden floor strips have come loose, and I’m looking for someone who can help fix them.

I need my kitchen cabinet doors and drawers to be refaced and replaced with new doors and drawers. I currently have 8 doors total and 5 drawers, and am looking for someone who can source material for new ones. I have new handles already but would need new hinges. Happy to paint the doors myself but just require someone to measure and fit new ones. Thanks!

Hello! An extension on my house was poorly built and water is now leaking inside via the skirting boards and damaging the floorboards in the living room (damage is mainly 2 walls totalling roughly 13m in length) It looks to me like the bottom of the wall wasn’t sealed properly/waterproofed and at the base of the wall the blueboard was just covered with timber skirting boards intended for interior use. These have now rotted away in parts and so I need the damage assessed, old rotten wood removed and the bottom of the exterior walls sealed/waterproofed so rain can’t get in any more. Light Sand and varnish kitchen floor to match the rest of the house - Kitchen size 4.6m x 3.7m. Only some parts of the floor have wear and tear. The white marks on the floor are just chipped paint - not stains on the floor.

I have two small paint jobs, I need an experienced painter to 1) paint a small part of our water damaged ceiling (there is no more leakage); and 2) paint a small part of the door frame that has peeled off. I don’t have paint so will need the painter to bring them. - Due date: Flexible

I would like a carpenter/skilled person to remove my old laminate kitchen benchtops and replace them with new timber benchtops. The timber will need to be sized, cut, and installed without damaging the cupboards underneath. There is also a sink in the middle of one section so a hole will need to be cut for that. Ideally, I would keep the existing sink so let me know if you are comfortable removing and/or refitting this (there are knobs under the sink to shut off the water supply). I don't have the new timber benchtops yet so we can discuss who sources them. The area is just over 3.2m2. Existing benchtops pictured.
