Need new timber joists and couple bearers replaced. We have ripped out the existing pine timber flooring and rotten joists. Bearers are mostly in tact but need new end bearers. And all new joists. Happy to discuss the option of new flooring, if that is also something you can do additionally to the subfloor quote. The room is 4.9 x 3m, so just under 15sqm.
