Outdoor covered deck. 31 sq metres. (including two steps). Paint is flaking to grey wood around exterior of the deck. Entire deck requires standing and restaining. Screws are drilled into timber (not nails). Timber is in good condition. The two steps have never been stained

I need a Carpenter to: - remove and replace skirting 6lm - remove and replace timber trim to eave lining

Board cracked, will need replacing, Sand and stain entire verandah approx 2x5m

Had an Old wooden balcony I like to build a new one in its place Length 7.5 meters Width 1.5 meters Hight from concrete grd to finish level 3.65 meters - Due date: Flexible

We have leftover timber from a Reno that needs to be cut up into 50cm ish blocks and stacked neatly behind an outdoor fireplace. We have a recipro saw and a circular saw if you need to use them. Need to be confident with tools, use PPE and have done this kind of job before. It will only take an hour or two I think, there isn’t a lot there, though it is mostly hardwood. - Due date: Flexible
