Toyota Aurion Car service for 130000 kms

I have a 2008 nissan micra ( front disc, rear drum brakes) with very low kms. The car runs fine and brakes are really good. But only during reverse and slow stops the brakes make a squeaky squealing noise . I had applied brake cleaner twice on the front disc but couldn’t solve it. Need a fix for this but don’t want to spend much as it’s an old car. Along with this I need a pink slip of the car as well.
