Need to fix car dents and scratch

Hi! I’m looking for someone to help cover these scratches up a bit. They are from my dog who gets overly excited and I’m not sure where to start fixing them up! Any help appreciated :)

I have some scratches on the rear quarter panel of my car that I’d like repaired. The scratches are deep enough to catch on a fingernail, and some primer is visible. There are no dents or structural damage, just cosmetic paint damage. I’ve been quoted over $1,000 for a bumper removal and full respray, but I don’t need a factory finish — I’m only looking for a tidy-up to make the scratches less visible and to protect the paintwork from further damage. A spot repair, sanding, touch-up, and blend would be fine. Mini countryman bumper bar needs scratches removed painted etc

Require x7 commercial cabins vinyl flooring to be buffed out (ie either sanded and varnished or any other professional method) and mopped clean afterwards ready for a site inspection. There is on average 5x 20cm superficial scratches in each 7 commercial cabins. Would be great if someone could come today or early Monday. Need some damage made on the ceiling of the stairs case patched and sanded. Access is very easy with a ladder on a flat surface.
