Electrical failure occurred while idling at a traffic light. All instrument cluster indicators illuminated, and the windshield wipers and A/C triggered at full speed independently. After stopping and turning off the engine, the car will not restart. The Start/Stop button shows a solid red light when pressed, and the Immobilizer/Security indicator is blinking on the dash.
