Ash was very helpful, showed up on time in my requested location, inspected the car in details, asked the seller lots of questions, checked car body for scratches/dents, checked the engine oil, brake and gearbox oil, coollant oil, radiator, checked interior of the car for scratches on the leather. He then helped to test drive yhe car and gave me the full report after the test drive. As a bonus, he helped me negotiate the price.
