Few of the timber beams in patio are rotten around the edge. Need someone qualified to have a look and replace the affected ones

Paint: 1. concrete floor a different colour, 2. pergola ceiling (never been painted (to be same colour as fascia) 3. Fascia, sofit and 2 posts (same as existing colour) 4. Re-stain all pergola timber (same as existing colour) 5. Paint both gutters length of pergola and fascia. Pergola and concrete floor approx 3x4 metre Fascia/sofit approx 6metre long & 75-150cm wide. I will supply paint; you will need to bring everything else. Please indicate rough estimate of how many hours/days work this would be, thank you.

Looking for a builder to Install a post only. We have engineering already which suggested a 450x1000 pier with the post concreted into, so we will jackhammer part of the slab and dig the hole. So need someone to come in after and install and concrete in the post. Should be pretty straightforward and are looking to do it in about 2-3weeks time to give us some time to dig and Jack hammer etc The old post will stay in for now whilst the new one is installe, we'll cut it out after the concrete has cured etc

Touch up (only) painting over stubborn mould areas on timber structure framing and battens (pergola style with shade cloth). Timber is in good condition and has been prewashed.I have 2 litres of paint of right colour, but could get some more - need to discuss. A couple of other minor things to paint. Could send also pics by phone later to help with quote.

Hi there. We had some water pooling around our house, so have put some drainage in. Need some to concrete and build a spoon/channel drain where we cut up the concrete. Have installed two pits, so will need to fall towards those. It's about 20m long by 20cm wide, so about 4-5sqm in total. Let me know if you have any questions Thanks

At least two days of labouring/roofing required. Assisting builder to lift and install flyover panels on flat roof with mobile scaffold. If time permits assisting to install gutter and screw off roof. Quoted fee for 2 X 10 hour days. If available for extra days then additional work may be available and can be paid at hourly rates. Hi there, We're starting a bathroom reno soon, so need to get quotes on asbestos removal (walls came out positive on sample tests). Will need removal for the following areas: Small bathroom: 35sqm - walls, floor, ceiling and fixtures to be removed Powder room: 15sqm walls, floor, ceiling and fixtures to be removed Passage wall: 10sqm. The entire wall on both bathroom doors needs to be removed (it's wood, but assuming that it backs onto asbestos sheeting behind) So on total, 60 square meters needs to be removed. Thanks!
