Paint: 1. concrete floor a different colour, 2. pergola ceiling (never been painted (to be same colour as fascia) 3. Fascia, sofit and 2 posts (same as existing colour) 4. Re-stain all pergola timber (same as existing colour) 5. Paint both gutters length of pergola and fascia. Pergola and concrete floor approx 3x4 metre Fascia/sofit approx 6metre long & 75-150cm wide. I will supply paint; you will need to bring everything else. Please indicate rough estimate of how many hours/days work this would be, thank you.

Touch up (only) painting over stubborn mould areas on timber structure framing and battens (pergola style with shade cloth). Timber is in good condition and has been prewashed.I have 2 litres of paint of right colour, but could get some more - need to discuss. A couple of other minor things to paint. Will need removal for the following areas: Small bathroom: 35sqm - walls, floor, ceiling and fixtures to be removed Powder room: 15sqm walls, floor, ceiling and fixtures to be removed Passage wall: 10sqm. The entire wall on both bathroom doors needs to be removed (it's wood, but assuming that it backs onto asbestos sheeting behind) So on total, 60 square meters needs to be removed. Thanks!

Our drain covers at the end of our driveway were somehow damaged during the recent flood event. We took them off during the rain to clean out the drain, and when we went to put the drain covers back on once the rain stopped they somehow no longer fit in the space. We have tried to clean the drain with a high pressure hose to ensure trapped dirt is not the problem, however it hasn't helped. I'm hoping that someone can repair the drain covers (maybe by trimming the sides to fit the space? Or another solution you might think of?). If that doesn't work, then we will need to replace the drain covers somehow. I'm unsure of budget. Happy to pay the required hourly rate. - Due date: Flexible
