When our backyard pergola was built, the Builder didn't place the underground 90mm storm water pipe to the house low enough, so half of it sticks out above the ground. The bottom needs to be disconnected and moved down around 200mm, then reconnected to the house stormwater pipe. - Due date: Flexible
