I want to widen my existing driveway - see photos: The first stage is to excavate whats there: 1. Excavation area approx 10m L x 3.5m W x 0.8m H 2. Exisitng bricks need to be kept for new retaining wall. 3. New area (approx 10m x 3.5m) will be concreted and blend in with the level of the exisiting driveway, so you will need to allow for sub-base and concrete. 4. Also allow for footing for new retaining wall. Would suit some one with a mini digger and tipper. My preference is for someone local to look at the job first. I dont want any surprises and avoid the 'I didn't know', 'you didnt tell me' etc etc This job is for the excavation, driveway prep, wall prep and dirt removal ONLY, and NOT the concreting or retaining wall. If you do this extra work (concreting and wall build), you can quote for the lot. You will need a successful track record of similar work to be considered. Thanks

House demolition and clear the site

Demolish carport and shed Carport is steel and attached to house with one brick side wall (rendered). Want posts and bolts cut (not dug out) and the brick wall demo’d to ground level. Shed is freestanding timber and laser lite. Want it dismantled, posts dug out, pavers pulled out and the area returned to dirt. Ideally provide a quote for demo and removal of rubbish offsite (but if we need to get a skip that’s an option we can also explore) just make this clear

I purchased a shed from Easy Shed. It’s an off the wall shed that needs to be assembled and bolted into concrete and the wall Will also need water proofing around with silicon

Finish assembling outdoor garden shed. All panels have already been assembled except the front sliding door panels. Panels just need to be secured/drilled together to the existing frame which is 75% completed & then bolted/drilled into concrete slab. Shed was purchased from Bunnings. I have full instruction assembly manual.

We have a driveway and walkway surfaced with granitic sand that was laid several years ago. Over time some of the sand has moved about or been washed away. We need a top-up and all-round evening out. There is also a small area of approx. 4 m2 on the other side of the garage which needs surfacing for the first time. We will arrange for the sand to be delivered, but you would need to supply your own plate compactor (or hire one for the day at your own expense).
