I’m looking to hire someone to provide a draft drawing for a potential renovation. The current opening is 3.5 meters, and I’d like to extend it to 4.8 meters. The beam will support the load of a single-story roof as well as a ceiling load, and it will connect with two additional beams. This is purely for conceptual and planning purposes, just to get an idea of the beam size and feasibility.
