shed/pergola/games room construction

I need help with installing a roof flashing on my pergola to prevent rain from dripping through onto the wooden doors. The pergola is approximately 5 metres in width and the roof is plastic corrugated sheets. I need someone who has the tools and experience in roofing to help install the flashing.
