My current house has grass as driveway, I need to get quote to see if it's affordable to have a new concrete driveway installed in front. Because when it rains makes too much mud. I'm getting some quotes and looking for someone to come measure and quote me on price of what this would cost. Easy flat surface. I put $1000- just to post the job. Application • Apply two coats of the approved driveway paint using rollers or spray equipment as per manufacturer’s instructions. • Ensure even coverage with no pooling, streaks, or thin spots. • Allow appropriate curing time between coats and before traffic use. 4. Clean-Up and Safety • Remove all masking, tools, and debris from site. • Dispose of waste materials responsibly. • Leave the site clean, safe, and ready for use. • Place temporary signage or barriers to restrict vehicle access until paint is fully cured. 5. Warranty • Provide a minimum 2-year warranty on workmanship and materials, subject to normal wear and tear.

Need a good handyman with experience who can inspect and fix a pergola sunroom roof leak. Roof is metal and the root cause of the leak are are. 1. The joint between roof and pergola is not sealed. 2. The metal U shape rail which holds the sheet where pergola meets the house roof does not have sheets bent and sealing material to prevent back flow of water during heavy rain is missing. Length is approximately 15 meters Should be able to provide invoice and fix it permanently
