Need a builder with a class 2 license to remove structural wall in my apartment and rubbish removal. I have plans from a structural engineer. Looking to get quoted for the wall with possibility for kitchen renovation too.

Building a partition wall and set few pillars

Small one bedroom apartment 55SQM in Darlinghurst Sydney. Kitchen, approximately 2.2m x 3.1m needs to be demolished, appliances disconnected. Floor in the kitchen (come kind of an old cork or linoleum thin floor) needs to be removed. Brick half-wall needs to be demolished. Carpet in the living room and bedroom needs to be removed as well. One optional item. Sink and undersink cabinet in the bathroom need to be demolished (not 100% sure I want to touch the bathroom for now).

Doing renovations in my flat and need a building consultant to be involved to review the new toilet installation works, and also requesting hydraulic plans/diagrams.

Build a stud wall in my study to cover some pipes. Bonus if it can be painted. I will reimburse for materials purchased. Wall measurements approx. 96inch W x 40inch H - Due date: Flexible
