Build a hard wood or LVL timber pergola 5m x 5m in size with transperant Polycarbonate roof, free standing or wall mounted without fascia and gutter. Similar to attached pictures. Your job should include all the materials, tools and labour. Also attached is the picture of the location of the proposed pergola.

Need to install external porcelain tiles (600 x 600 x 9.5 mm) on newly built pergola area of 35 sqm of concrete including 2 steps (each 0.4 meter x 6 meter) and sides. I will buy the tiles but rest of the materials e.g sand, cement, glue, grout you will have to provide. Need about 20mm - 40mm screeding. You must have all the tools that you need to complete the job.
