1. We have a wooden support beam for our patio roof that is rotting. It needs to be repaired or replaced before it compromises the integrity of the roof. 2. Further up the patio the roof has recently started to leak where the rubber seals for 2 roofing screws have deteriorated. We believe the 2 screws just need to be replaced & some silicone also added to the holes to seal them properly. Please see attached photos of both sections of the structure that needs fixing.

I don't have a letter box, so I need a brickie, bricklayer or someone to: - Build the letter box from bricks including the concrete base and the brick-in stuff such as: metal sleeve, front and rear access - Cover the bricks letter box with cultured stone I don't have: - Bricks, so you can bring any color because it will be covered by the cultured stone anyway. - Concrete, gravel or sand - Cap. Will inform you about the cap color after agreeing on the task. Probably it will be black I HAVE: - Cultured stone - Brick-in metal letter box Requirements: - The dimensions should be like the one in the photo including the cultured stone.
