I have a deck that needs removal and a wooden pergola

I got my patio replaced and want to do a feature wall with wpc cladding. I would like a wooden frame on the wall to install the cladding and hire the wiring etc. The wall is 11.5 m by 3 odd meters with windows and doors. Need one of the sections to be removable to replace LED transformers. Happy to supply the timber and cladding. Please provide an estimate. I have just plugged in a random number into the task
