Hi, I need someone to repair a blind . The cord/rope used to raise and lower the blind has snapped or is no longer working properly. The blind itself is still attached and in good condition — it’s just the cord mechanism that needs fixing or replacing.

The internal cord broke on the Honeycomb blind. I would either like to have the cassette replaced (if this is still possible), or otherwise the coil springs inside the cassette need to be rewound - they have lost their tension and I don't have the right tools to fix it. The rolling mechanism for my blinds has jammed so that I can't roll the blinds back up. I have tried to fix it but it is beyond my competancy.
