We did hire someone recently but they're not as available like we had hoped. We require you to be available for jobs once notified.

Hello, the chain has come off this blind. I have the chain but also have a new part that I think can just be replaced to avoid having to thread through the old chain. Please see pictures. Thanks, Angela
