Hello I’m getting my house ready for rental and want to install new roller blinds throughout. I’m after something clean, simple, and long-lasting that suits a rental property. There are blinds needed for: • 3 bedrooms • 2 lounges (front and back) • Kitchen • Laundry • Small bathroom window All window photos are attached. What’s needed: • Measure all windows • Purchase durable roller blinds (I’ll reimburse the cost separately) • Install both: • Blackout roller blinds (front) • Sheer roller blinds (behind) for daylight and privacy during the day Budget: 💰 $500 for your time (labour + sourcing the blinds). Blinds cost will be reimbursed separately. Colour preference: Walls are Dulux Natural White, so I’m looking for chalk or linen colour blinds. Something light but not bright white. Open to suggestions if you’ve used other neutral tones that work well in rentals. Timing: Flexible, but ideally completed in the next few weeks. I have 3x blinds that need cutting. They are white faux wooden Venetian blinds. 2 that come in 120 width but need them cut to 117 to fit. And one that comes 150mm and need cut to 140 I can install but can't cut them so no install needed. Just to size. Happy to be quoted on install too incase I think it's worth saving the time.
