Having a change of tenants at my apartment, and keen to use the crossover period to do a deep clean including mould removal throughout the property. Mould is mainly appearing on ceilings and skirting boards around the place, but keen for someone with a ladder to come and help do a full bleach clean of the walls and ceilings to get everything resolved. Painting one bedroom with a very high ceiling. The woodwork, fireplace, doors and skirting boards needs to be painted. The ceiling does not need to be painted. The job will require preparation work both cleaning and patching - see the pictures. You will need all your own equipment including drop sheets and a ladder and I would like the paint supplied (Dulux) if possible. The price includes the painting and preparation work. We tried to paint a few walls in one bedroom and the hallway as there was crayon marks etc from kids before we moved out of house. It was a bit sloppy so just needs a quick once over again. One room is two walls and roof. Then the hallway of the small apartment, both sides. We need to repaint the corner of a cathedral ceiling in our stairwell & put 2 coats on a small bedroom wall. The bedroom has a cathedral ceiling at one end (& I can’t climb ladders anymore...). It’s a small job. Would suit retired painters on Northern Beaches, as it would take a couple of hours to do 2 coats.
