I have a Cowboy themed party on Thursday evening and I need two bartenders/ waitstaff to help me. Start time: 5pm - 11pm Venue: Perth CBD You will be making one signature cocktail (espresso martinis) and pouring wines + serving canned drinks. You will also help me clear glasses and plates and run the dishwasher as needed. There will be ~120 guests. We have a mechanical bull + Big Dons Smoked Meats catering so it should be a fun night.
