📍 Cocktail Bartender Required Location: Dee Why, Northern Beaches Date & Time: Sat 14 March • Afternoon (12.45pm - 5pm) Details: I am seeking an experienced bartender for a hens in Dee Why. We are expecting 20 guests and want to ensure a fun experience for the hen and guests with cocktails being made before and during lunch. The hens starts at 1pm so I have put a start time of 12.45 for bar set up etc. Lunch will start at 2pm and we can provide cocktails through lunch with a finish time of 5pm. I will provide all the ingredients required (including batched lime juice) for the cocktails, plus glassware. I will need you to bring barware. There is a dedicated bar downstairs with washing up facilities available. The two cocktails you will be making are a Tommy’s margarita and a cucumber gin spritz, alongside wine and non alcoholic options. You will also be required to help with collecting/washing glassware to keep the upstairs area tidy. Requirements: • Must be able to have fun while bartending! Great chat is a bonus. • Must hold a current, valid RSA. • Previous experience with cocktails or function service • Attire: the theme is Disco Cowboy so feel free to dress up! Otherwise whatever you feel like wearing.
