PROFESSIONAL HELP NEEDED!! I have a corporate event kicking off in just over three hours time and my host/bartender has just called in sick. I desperately need a host or hostess who is also a wizz behind the bar to take care of 25 international guests by setting bar up, greeting on arrival and giving a quick tour, making a selection of cocktails for 2 hours, farewell and clean up. 4 hours total. Only message if youre reliable, know what the role entails and need little to no direction, and are available to come to CBD office building in next hour or so. ++ incentives!

Saturday 11am - 3:45pm - Need a bartender confident making cocktails, someone who can make them quick and is experienced. It’s for a Womens non profit org throwing a 5 year birthday party on a rooftop. MUST HAVE RSA. All alcohol + glassware will be provided. 11:00am setup & any pre-mixing. 12pm - 3:30pm bar open 3:30pm - 3:45pm pack up (total time 4 hour & 45 mins) Cocktails are curated by our friend who was on masterchef so we want someone who is experienced and confident. 100 guest however they will be paying via donation for their cocktails, so it’ll be likely about 30 who will probably buy one. The rest may buy beer or wine or nothing at all It’s an event for a women’s organisation - so bonus if you’re a woman.

Key Requirements: Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role (minimum 6–12 months preferred). A valid RSA certificate (essential). Knowledge of drink recipes, spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail techniques. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude during busy periods. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. Desirable: Barista or coffee-making experience. Wine knowledge or barista training certification. Experience working in fast-paced bars, pubs, clubs, or hotel venues.
