We’re hosting a last-minute Friday arvo work event and looking for a fun, reliable bartender to shake and serve cocktails for our team (approx. 30 people). 📍 Location: Cremorne, VIC 🕔 Time: Friday 1st August, 6:00pm–8:00pm 👥 Guests: ~30 people 🍸 What we need: Someone who can make a couple of simple, crowd-pleasing cocktails (e.g. margaritas, espresso martinis, spritzes) Bring your own cocktail kit (shaker, jigger, strainer, etc.) We’ll supply all the alcohol and mixers Ideally someone with bartending or events experience Let us know if you're available and feel free to share any previous events or reviews!

We are running a company-wide trivia event, and are in need of 1 bartender who will be able to fulfill a volume of drinks across the day, for an estimated 65 guests. We will provide all the alcohol required, and have all of the relevant quantities required to service our guest capacity - we would just need your skills and services to create these two specific drinks: - Espresso Martinis (less uptake expected on the night) - Margaritas (more uptake expected on the night) Our expectation would be that you have your own utensils, as these are not something we can supply ourselves (i.e. shakers, champagne bowls, stirrers etc.). We would need you to be at our office from 12PM, and would need your services until roughly 05:00PM. For context, we have a bar fridge, sink, and benchtop for you to operate from in the space we are running the event which will be the balcony (under cover area), and will be using plastic cups over glassware, as efficacy over presentation is more important for this one, so no need to wash up glasses, making you life easier as well.

Looking for a private chef experience for two. We’re wanting a Japanese, Asian fusion or omakase experience. We’re after set menu of between 4-7 courses paired with a cocktail(s) to enhance the experience

We are having a Gatsby themed EOFY party and before going to our venue we would like to have some exciting cocktails for an hour. Please see the brief below. - guests are arriving at 4pm (bartender to arrive at 3:30pm) - bartender to be dressed in theme (if possible) - we are after a vibrant, energetic bartender - bartender to supply all required equipment - exciting cocktails with maximum theatre - flames, etc - 2 cocktails options - 37 guests - bartender to provide a detailed list of ingredients and I will supply alcohol and garnishes - guests will be leaving at 5pm - budget is for bartender labour, purchasing of the alcohol will be separate and done by me. - we have regular water glasses and wine glasses, however, please indicate whether you can bring glassware as most cocktails will look better in specific glasses. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 27 June 2023

We're having a private launch event for approx 80 people. It's being held on a rooftop but you'll have access to kitchen if required. We want to have some casual finger food being served to guests as well as a bar area where staff can serve guests beer and wine.
