Find a professional bartender in Byron Bay

I am looking for 2 people to assist with cocktail making (simple cocktails, only 2 options) and service at a hens party on 11 Sept in the afternoon (timing tbc) for likely 2/3 hours. There are 16 attendees. Will be at a house we have booked for the weekend right in the heart of Byron Bay. We will provide the alcohol, just need your help serving and pouring basically while we do a clay activity.
