I have a 2011 mazda cx9. I kept getting the OBD code p0203, so I replaced the valve cover gasket, sparkplugs and fuel injectors. I've just put it all back together, started the car, and the same error shows up. The car starts, then turns off after 2-3 seconds. Seems to be a wiring issue.
