Ive got a brand new new ebike. Have not been ablt to get it running since i bought it. I plug the charger into the battery and the charger displays a red light then aout two hours later it flashes to green. I plug the battery back into the bike and nothing. No lights on the battery flash up, none on the upper display light up all just flash on then off. Ive got new battery sent from the manufacturers and the same thing.
