On my bench, the bolts & nuts have rusted and I can’t get them off. Will need an electric saw or something to detach them. I’m replacing them, so it doesn’t matter if they break. They’ve been sprayed with WD40. There’s approx. 22 to remove. I did manage to get one off. I have no electric saw, if this is the way to get them off. The bench is sentimental & I’m wanting to restore it. I only put $60 as I have no idea of cost.

I have 5 tonne of dirt that needs to be spread out in my front yard. Soil has been delivered at the front as shown on the photos. Job could be done using either small bobcat or shovelling. Another 5 tonne may also be required after that. At the moment require a quote for the spreading out of dirt shown in the photos. Thanks

I am readying a property unit for sale. Due to personal time commitments, I require someone to attend the property and prepare the courtyard: 1. Lay mulch down in the garden beds 2. Trim back bird of paradise potted plants 3. Clean up debris and leaves with a blower 4. Remove rubbish Important: The mulch will need to be sourced BY YOU from Bunnings or equivalent and should be a mid light colour. There are green bins on site which can be used for greenery and leaves, etc If it can be done early this week, would be preferable. Courtyard can be accessed without a key.
