Looking for a landscaper with retaining wall drainage experience to inspect water seepage from the garden bed behind my retaining wall. My neighbour has noticed water coming through on his side in 3 spots. It may have been happening since we moved in last September (new build) but it seems to have gotten worse recently. Builder had a quick look and confirmed: - Ag pipe installed, but unsure where it discharges - Heavy clay soil used that holds water - Very little drainage gravel (100mm or less) - No geofabric installed Looking for someone to inspect and recommend a proper fix (e.g. improve drainage, gravel strip, soil replacement, check ag pipe, etc). Note: I recently had a replanting project done, so the plants will need to be replanted once the garden bed is fixed. I also have extra pebbles to add to the garden bed (both sides).
