We are new to karting and would like practical, hands-on help learning how to manage his Cadet kart properly, including: * setting up and starting the kart safely * basic pre-session checks * fuelling/oil basics * tyre pressure basics * chain/plug/simple troubleshooting * what to check if the kart won’t start or doesn’t sound right * what to look for between sessions * general pit support during practice Ideally you have specific karting experience, either as a driver, parent/mechanic, junior mechanic, club member, or someone who has worked around Cadet/KA karts. Race experience would be a bonus. Location: Oakleigh Kart Club Session length: around 2 hours Timing: Saturday/Sunday practice day Budget listed: $120 for the first session.
