I need simple edits to an existing architectural DWG file (A-202 floor plans) for a film studio on the Gold Coast. This is a straightforward edit for anyone proficient in AutoCAD. I want to convert garage into bedroom and bathroom

I need 3 medium size renovation jobs done to my home in Elanora. 1. Convert garage door to large external arch door entry way 2. Demolish a wall partially and create an arched void/mezzanine between room and existing garage area 3. Convert wardrobe doorway to arched opening and remove another existing internal doorway (cover it). Also remove an internal wall to create an opening for a new walk in wardrobe (wardrobe shelving eill be purchased from Ikea). More information in attached pictures. I have a small 2 x bedroom 1 x bathroom house. I have installed a new kitchen, bathroom and laundry which the joinery needs to be siliconed where it meets the floor and stone where it meets the wall. We’re looking for someone to come out to our house in Ashmore, measure the internal and external and create a digital 2D floor plan for us. This is just an exisiting floor plan of the house so we have a plan to work off when planning out the renovations. It’s not getting lodged with council, it’s a private plan only.

We'd like to convert an existing single-car garage in a modern build home (completed around 2015) into a bedroom with an ensuite. We currently live in the property but intend to move out in the next 12 months and then it will be returned to its original purpose as a rental property so we will be looking for sturdy, durable quality fixtures rather than high-end. It would require adding a window/s to the external wall, the internal wall is a firewall already, and we would like to leave a small space at the front as external storage space so we can maintain the roll door facade but have a wall separating the storage space and internal space. The mini garage at the front is not strictly necessary but would help allow the outside to match the neighbouring duplex. We own the duplex next door as well and may consider converting that garage at the same time if it makes sense financially and it's not an issue with the existing tenants. Can you please help us with an estimate of costs and what your availability would look like on a job like this?

I am reconfiguring my sunken living room. I have 2-3 options available to me on a new layout, by removing 2-3 walls. I need an interior designer or architect who is confident and experienced enough to advise me on the best layout for the space. This will involve 1 site visit and reviewing a floor plan.
