I need a new coat of paint before moving into the apartment. Painting to all walls, ceiling, skirting, and frames around 3 doors . Doors and windows don't need to be painted. Some minor patching of holes in walls & ceiling required.

Apartment balcony (4m x 1.3m) has to be cleaned, then acid washed (by hand/sponge in order to avoid damage to painted window frames), then apply 3 coats of Dulux avista tinted concrete sealer.
