I need the kitchen, living area and bathroom of my apartment painted. I can supply the paint.

We touched up some of the paint in our house and unfortunately our rental agency did not find it up to scratch. There are very few spots to touch up, and to a trained professional, this shouldn't take more than 30 minutes at best we think. We have attached all the possible places that we will need to repaint. If you look closely, you will see that there is a difference in the whiteness of the colour.

1 bedroom, 58m square, fully vacant apartment needs painting. No damage to walls, just some scuff marks here and there from tenants. Preferably no undercoat, 1-2 top coats. Not doing ceiling, floor, or outdoor - just interior walls. Not looking for a breathtaking job, just good enough to cover scuff marks etc!

Please note that as this is just to refresh the property, only one coat of top coat the same colour as existing is required. Included in scope are the skirtings, door frames, 3 x internal doors but does not include the ceiling, except for a small section around a new access hatch.
