Task is to spend 4 hours doing preparating for painting. Inside first-floor studio apartment in St Kilda West (in Melbourne, Victoria). Main task is removing flaking paint from front door and 4 door frames. I have nearly completed one door frame - the paint flakes off quite easily using scraper / chisel. Doesn't have to be perfect. Either Monday or Tuesday.

There are 7 patches of wall in the apartment that have minor paint damage (the paint has come off). These are around 1-2cm in diameter each. I need these damages patched/repainted/repaired/touched up/sanded. The walls need to be returned to perfect condition for vacating the apartment for end of lease. There may be a few more minor damages identified while packing, if so I would like these fixed as well and will increase the payment for the task accordingly.
