I have a small apartment, size 42m2. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 Living Room, 1 bathroom & 1 kitchen. There is also a small outside balcony area including window & window frame & outside door & 3m2 balcony floor & wall & balustrade. I need all of it fully painted with 2 coats of quality paint (also primer in areas where necessary) including the popcorn ceiling, brick walls, all doors including front door & door step, door frames, skirting, windows, 3 Built in Wardrobes, balcony area. You will also provide the labour, materials & paint including Flat white paint for ceiling, Dulux Natural White Low Sheen for walls. Dulux Vivid White Semi Gloss enamel for skirting, door frames, doors. The front door and step will be black Gloss enamel. You can use Taubmans paint if that makes the price cheaper than Dulux. This is an Owners Corporation apartment so you will need to have the necessary insurances to work onsite. It has been a rental for 20 years & now I need to prepare it for sale asap.

I have a small 1 bedroom apartment I need to paint in white. There are some holes that need to be closed prior to painting as can be seen in the photos. Remove all picture hooks and repair holes. Paint all walls (no ceilings, skirts, doors, etc.) - plain white. Tasker to supply all materials/equipment required. There is lots of glass/windows. Photos attached show main rooms to be painted (bedroom 1 & 2, study, lounge and dining). No photos available for hallways and walk-in-robe, however they can be seen on attached floorplan.
