Need a wall painted in a bedroom in apartment I rent

Internal apartment painting, including 3 doors ,ceiling, walls and skirting boards. One colour (but different shade of off white for wood). Floor plan attached. Looking to start about Friday 11 September.

I need someone handy to pick up cut, install and paint skirts (2 coats water based) in an apartment in Melbourne city. Approx 18.16LM. Allow to pick up skirts and paint from Bowens North Melbourne. We have an electric saw but you will otherwise need to have your own tools and PPE. You will need to sort out your own parking and tidy up after yourself. You need to cut in a cutting station located in an adjacent unit. You don’t need to be qualified (necessarily) but you must be insured and be willing to guarantee your work. You need to be able to deliver a quality outcome. The installation must be completed between 7am and 7pm tomorrow (Monday). If you wish to return on Tuesday for painting that is up to you. The items in the room will be moved the center for today so you have clearance to work. But you might have to shuffle the fridge yourself. Please offer how much you will charge for the job. The price I put was just a placeholder.

I am moving into a 1-bed Apartment, and would like some assistance painting. I was considering doing it myself, however I thought it would be more efficient if I could engage a professional to assist, and then I can learn all the techniques along the way. Therefore I would prefer someone who charges by the hour. The walls will require some prep work, filling/sanding, and I would also like to look into repainting the aluminium sliding door frames (sanding, priming, masking, spray painting) and aluminium balcony balustrade. I've cleaned and primed half of the surfaces myself, but would prefer someone with experience to help me complete it sooner, and ensure a good finish, including a coloured feature wall. It is an entrance/lounge/kitchen area plus split-level ceiling - see floorplan where I have marked the area. I have paint, but BYO equipment. Unfortunately I do not have a car spot in my building but there is parking in the streets nearby and I can include the cost of parking in your total fee.

Just need small laundry patched and painted. Apartment is empty so should be pretty easy. Prefer colour to be Lexicon Quarter which is same as rest of apartment. Roof also requires to be patches and repaired as we have removed door frame.
