I’m getting my apartment ready to rent out and looking for an experienced painter to give it a fresh, professional repaint throughout. It’s a ~60m² one-bedroom apartment with a small study and in need of some prep and finishing touches to bring it up to a clean, consistent standard. Details: Areas to paint: • Living/dining/kitchen area (white, with neat trimming around an existing yellow feature wall — feature wall to stay as is) • 1 large bedroom • 1 small study (includes pocket doors) • Bathroom walls • Laundry 4-panel folding door • Bedroom door (has chipped paint that needs sanding and repainting) • Hallway and linen cupboard doors for consistency in look Prep work: • Light sanding and smoothing where needed • Patching small areas that have been plastered but not painted (e.g. around the air conditioning unit) • Filling and touching up minor chips and scuffs across walls and doors Paint and materials: Supplied: • 4L “So Fresh and So Clean – Wall” paint from Tint (can purchase more based on your advice) • Tint paint accessory kit (rollers, brushes, tray, etc.) • Extension pole • Painter to bring any additional tools, filler, sanding gear, and drop sheets as needed. Timing: Hoping to have the work completed just before Christmas (mid to late December 2025) once I’ve had a chance to move most things out. I need a professional painter for my 1-bedroom apartment in the Canberra City. The job is a full repaint, walls, ceilings, doors, trims and skirting. Colour is Dulux Natural White (Wash&Wear, low sheen). Apartment is around 55m² and in normal condition, just needs a modern refresh. The total budget is $1,800 including paint and labour. Work should take 1-2 days, and I’ll assist with prep (sugar soaping, sanding, taping) to make it faster/easire. I live in an apartment with some sagging ceilings where the support beams can be seen. I would love to request a quote for amending this to create a flat, smooth ceiling appearance. I have heard some budget friendly options include covering the ceiling with plasterboard or VJ panelling. I believe the dining, kitchen, and living room areas collectively are approximately 38 square metres (I have attached the floor plan for reference).

I have a 1 bed apartment need to paint so it look fresh. at the moment it has no issue with the current paint but I want the house look shiny.

A trade-qualified painter is needed to sand and paint several walls and a door of a one-bedroom apartment. The owner is occupying the property after renting it for five-years. A new coat of paint will fix minor wear and tear (e.g. removed picture hooks). The nine walls are different lengths (see floor plan and pictures). The bathroom door has some condensation damage. The paint will be provided.

Small patches of paint peel-off, cracks repair, refresh paint to 1. external balcony wall (and clean or paint soffit of balconies upstairs if the spider web at the soffit surface cannot be cleaneded) and touch up and refresh paint to internal walls of 3 bedrooms (each with built-in wardrobe and 2 bedrooms with one side full height glass wall) to a vacated apartment unit with internal carpet. Patching a few small holes/marks from picture hooks and re-painting a medium size bedroom. The walls have been cleaned and the room is empty (one wall has a large built in wardrobe). There is also paint available in the apartment.
