1 bedroom apartment, kitchen is 3mx4m, living room 3.2mx4m, bedroom 3.4x3m, hallway 4m length. Needs either caulk/silicone to seal skirting boards and small gaps. Kitchen sealing on all corners to prevent bugs and moisture. Some gaps are larger between floor and skirting board. I also would like you to cover the wire holes behind fridge to ensure place is fully sealed. You need to bring your own tools/materials

We need help completing some work at a small apartment in Bondi Beach. We will pay $50 PER HOUR. Tasks to include: painting walls, ceiling and trim. Space is prepped and ready which means walls are clean, rooms are taped and tarps are down. Supplies are on premises. Owners will be present and painting. We hope to complete this work on Sunday. Time is flexible but hope for morning and afternoon help.

The apartment is actually in great condition, we just want a freshen up + there is some flaky paint on the woodwork that needs to be properly prepped and repainted. Outline of job: - Paint the apartment, see floor plan - all areas in pink. - paint skirting boards - paint ceiling - paint doorframes - properly prep the walls/woodwork so that any flaky areas are fixed. - Be extremely careful of the floors, as we have just had these done - so drop sheets are a must!! Hi! We would like someone to paint the door frames, doors and skirting in our 2 bedroom apartment (approx. 70sqm). They are currently a light yellow colour, and we would like them to be white (to match the walls). Some of the door frames have a bit of rust, so this would need to be sanded back as well. Our understanding the door frames will need an oil paint (but happy to take advice). All equipment is to be included in quote, including paint. We will select the paint colour (Dulux).
