Apartment is pretty clean itself, but End of Lease is mandatory. Both Bedrooms have carpets and the Living Area (Including Open Kitchen) has Laminate flooring. The kitchen has an integrated Rangehood and an Oven. The apartment also has a Tiled Balcony. The living area and the balcony have a huge sliding door in between.
