This is a new construction, so no replacement/removal of old fittings is required. Light fittings will be supplied — installation only. TV wall mounts will be supplied. Antenna cable is already installed and laid inside the roof space. The roof antenna just needs to be installed and connected. Single-level house with roof access. Preference for someone who can complete everything in one visit.

Move antenna connection from one side of the room to the other or from room next door if easier. Roof access and drop half way down wall.

We have an aerial (already plugged into its lead) sitting on the ground. It needs to be reattached to its support stand (using provided u-bolt) and then the aerial and stand bolted back up on the house. The support stand needs to be attached to the barge boards at the top of the roof (approx 4 metres up) using four carriage bolts (supplied). Note there is not much room to work, as it's a small gap between house and fence. Need to supply own ladder/tools. Photos show the aerial, stand, bolts, house and narrow work space.
