None of the aerial points work and unable to locate splitter box - change of installers so nobody knows where it is in the house - I have checked all ceiling fans and behind points but still unable to locate

I need two new TV aerial points installed: • One in the main bedroom • One in the dining/living area (we’re flipping the layout and putting the TV here) There’s already an existing aerial on the house, and it’s a single-storey townhouse with easy access.
