I need the hem of my linen pants shortened. If you live in the area i would appreciate if you could pin it at my house and drop it back off after it's finished.

We have 1 pair of men's pants (chinos) that need to be hemmed & a men's suit jacket that needs the sleeves shortened. Would need to be done by mid-Feb. - Due date: Before Saturday, 10 February 2024

I need patterns adjusted to fit my body so I can use them as blocks/slopers. I do not enjoy doing it myself and would like to be able to just sew things that fit me perfectly and make changes for style only. I can cut out pattern and make a RTW toile to help the process. Adjustments that are normally needed are - swayback, rounded shoulders, raised waistline, darts moved, fully tummy and full seat, raised hem line. Would like to start with a top and go from there. I would like a custom fitted couch cover made up for our existing sofa. Please see picture below. I need someone who is excellent and highly experienced at sewing and would have no problems making a pattern up and putting together the pieces to make a quality and professional looking couch cover. The couch splits into three section so the cover can be one whole piece, or it can be three pieces. The person would obviously need to come over and make up the pattern. They are welcome to sew here, or take home to complete. They would also need to advise how much material is required so I can buy it. This is quite expensive with the cost of material and paying someone to make the cover so only experienced people please who are confident they could make a fantastic couch cover. Thank you
