My sewing machine (Brother FS50) is not stitching. The needle moves fine and the hook rotates, but it isn’t picking up the bobbin thread. I’ve already tried: • Cleaning, rethreading, changing needles • Re-seating the drop-in bobbin • Checking for jams It seems like it may be a timing or hook/bobbin issue. The machine turns smoothly with no strange noises, but it just won’t form stitches. I need someone experienced with sewing machine repairs to come and diagnose/fix the problem.
