Need help setting up my sewing machine and showing me how to run it

I need hooks sewn at the ends of replacement elastic straps for a chair. I have elastic cut - just need to cut hooks off old straps and sew onto new. Can be done with a domestic machine. Very simple job! 11 straps in total. Approx 600mm long each and 70mm wide easy to handle

1. Pin the curtain to the desired height. 2. Take the curtain down from the rail. 3. Trim the bottom to match the pinned height. And trim sides so it’s straight / has a neat edge 4. Sew a hem along the bottom and both sides using a sewing machine. 5. Rehang the curtain.

I need couch cushions sewed/stitched. I have two pieces of raw foam (600x600) and enough fabric to cover them. I need the fabric cut to size and sewed as a cover for the foam. I have handwoven fabric squares to be sewn up into handwoven cushions. Lining is optional, with zipper as closures. Thread and zippers will be provided. There’s five cushions between 45cm x 45cm and 50cm x 50cm. Experience with handwoven fabrics ideal, as it can slip and be quite gauzy. - Due date: Flexible
