Would like the sleeves on my wedding dress changed and the back as it is low and would like it higher. Would also like a a hook to gather the train of my dress. My daughters dress needs to be taken up and the top half does not fit her properly so hoping to get the top a bit bigger if possible. Need this done by the end of the year. Not concerned about cost at this stage - Due date: Flexible
