Jake did a great job helping to replace my old AC and installed a new one. We had a minor issue in fitting the new AC in because it was a bit oversized, but Jake helped to resolve it very quickly. He further helped to pick up a wall bracket from Bunnings that was needed for one of the ouutdoor units. The two new ACs look and work great. Overall, I really appreciate Jake's great work in this.
