Includes cleaning/dusting surfaces, sinks/shower/toilet, vacuuming and mopping, plus emptying the courtyard where the tradies left all their rubbish (to bring out to the front of the building for hard rubbish). It's a one bedroom apartment of roughly 30sqm, ground floor.
