We need deep cleaning performed for 2 to 3 hours in our house ($75 per hour, or more for the right person). We recently had a bathroom renovation done and there is construction dust throughout the house. Also need some cupboards cleaned out - due to being closed up for a while some items have mould on them. We live in a small house, and not everywhere needs to be cleaned, but the parts that need cleaning are quite dirty (the dirt is superficial and easily removed). We need good attention to detail - eg cleaning carefully in corners and areas not readily visible, including skirting boards, fly screens and under furniture (no heavy lifting required, just reaching under). We need the dusting done with a damp cloth and care taken to actually remove the dust, not just spread it into the air. We prefer the cleaning done with simple hot water and detergent rather than harsh chemicals due to allergies. We’d also like the windows and screens cleaned (just those easily reached).
