Find a professional accountant in Penrith

I am looking for a highly experienced Xero and Deputy specialist (preferably with an accounting background) to fix our current integration. Our previous accountant had Xero and Deputy set up so that payroll ran smoothly, but since he left the company the integration has stopped working properly. We are currently processing payments for 20 employees from Deputy to Xero manually and need this fixed as soon as possible. Our setup: - Deputy is used for rostering, timesheets and HR. - Xero is used for payroll and payments. - Timesheets can be exported from Deputy to Xero, but the imported hours in Xero do not match the hours recorded in Deputy. I have already tried two different people and they were unable to resolve the issue, so I am only interested in someone who has successfully set up or repaired Xero–Deputy integrations before. Please do not suggest changing to any other software or system – our team is familiar with Xero and Deputy, and we intend to keep using them. I want the existing integration fixed, not replaced. Please reach out only if: - You have proven experience with Xero Payroll and Deputy. - You can clearly explain your approach to diagnosing and fixing the issue (what you will check, how you will test it, and how you will ensure it keeps working each pay run). - You value time management and can commit to completing this within an agreed timeframe.
