Finance and quick books experience. - Send invoices out to be approved and allocated - Raise Purchase orders - Create vendor master files - Create customer master files - Enter supplier invoices - Reconcile Monthly supplier statements - Debtors reconcile and chase payments - Weekly supplier payment runs - Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly cashflow forecast - Credit card transaction allocations - Bank account transaction allocations - Monitor credit card and cheque bank account to ensure enough funds - Weekly WIP - Weely active job list - Complete detailed progress claims as advised by Commercial Manager - Raise monthly sales invoices (also do a draft list of invoices a couple of weeks before monthend) - Monthly payroll (make physical payment, ensure leave forms sent, advise Pitchers day of pay should be about 2 working days before the 15th of month but confirm with Director. Month end - Bank reconciliation (credit card, cheque account, savings account) - Monthly WIP for pitchers o Create new Quickbooks report for month (adding new jobs, deleting closed jobs) o Add class in quickbooks for new jobs o Update WIP with new jobs o Update WIP for closed jobs o Update WIP with current transactions o Transfer opening balance from previously reconciled WIP o Create month WIP movement journal in quick books o Ensure WIP summary agrees to Quickbooks balance o Send to accountant before the 20th of month - Monthly, Quarterly MAV reporting - AD hoc analytics on customers, suppliers, jobs etc
